Daniel El Dibujo

Nostalgic, dreamlike and intimate. Finding the beauty in the details of an expressive style he shows there's something more in how we feel through his unique signature details where it is not just the physical that we see anymore. Painting in almost a spiritual way, he finds an awakening of details to string thoughts through what we observe in his works.

Daniel El Dibujo has done things differently, only knowing the one way that his passion is his past, present and future; to be an artist and only an artist. He lives within Águilas, Murcia in Spain and is surrounded by a culture of inspiration. From a young age, he had been a painter and illustrator studying at the School of Art and a private academy, upon finishing he made his website and started selling his works straight away. Working with oil paint, illustration as well as deco homewares.

Symbology, such as the ears in different colours representing the different ways we interpret what we hear, the stars and celestial representing the childhood innocence, the transparent bodies symbolise emptiness through the feelings that limit what you can truly feel and flowers representing the femininity and bringing delicacy to the masculine form.

As an introvert, finding inspiration from the world around him and expressing what he feels within his works is the shedding of thoughts as he releases upon the canvas and shares with all who observe.

Painting is the way to express what can’t often be said and even when it can be it is often disdained, as the expression of emotional vulnerability is seen as weakness even in the most intimate of settings. He brushes these feelings of vulnerability to where it shows to be felt the most, in the eyes, ears and where the blood passionately pumps.

Intimate without performance, his works make us aware that we are not defined by our limits, but rather we are more because of what we feel in the moment itself. Finding our thoughts with colour and strokes, with delicate passion and curiosity he opens our minds for more than the intention of what teases the core of our minds. He is showing us to think about the details and let the thoughts enwrap us.
